- Apply website(www.hikorea.go.kr) or visit the immigration office in person

- Required documents

① Confirmation of part-time employment for foreign students
② Part-time employment contract
③ Language training course's results and attendance documents

※ Notes

• Only D-4 visa holders who have stayed in Korea for more than 6 months can apply.

• Not possible if the average attendance rate for all completed semesters is less than 90%

• Those who have TOPIK level 2 or higher can work part-time up to 20 hours per week, and those who do not have TOPIK level 2 or higher can work up to 10 hours per week.

• Illegal part-time work

* First detection: fine
* Second detection : Deportation

※ Immediate compulsory deportation if employment in restricted industries (manufacturing industry, construction industry) is detected
