List of documents to be submitted

- Countries other than China (Vietnam include)

② Copy of passport

③ ID for the applicant and his/her parents

④ 3 photos(white background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm)

⑤ Proof of bank balance of $10,000 or more in the name of the parent or the student (issued within one month)
* Vietnamese must Submits a Confirmation of deposit for study abroad expenses.

⑥ Last school transcript/graduation certificate : authentication by the Korean consul

⑦ Birth registration or family relationship certificate

⑧ Proof of Income (Student's or Parent's)
• Income Confirmation verified by a local office in Vietnam
• or Business (household business) registration / tax payment statement

- China

①, ②, ③, ④, ⑤ : Same as above

⑥ The original academic background certification issued by the Ministry of Education of China

⑦ copy of ‘HOGUBU’

⑧ Proof of Income (Student's or Parent's)


※ All documents must be translated (notarized) into Korean or English.
※ All submitted documents (original) must arrive at the Korean Language Center by the application deadline.
